hi all can someone help me in this issue i have Chevrolet malibu 2017 and this car power steering control module is dead and now i replaced it with used 1 from the same model malibu 2017 and its giving me few errors and steering wheel turning hard below is the dtc information and when i trying to program it with sps2 its giving me error with my car vin and when i tried with scrapyard car vin from where i take the power steering its program normally so what can i do ? my car vin is KL1ZA5CAXHB713629 and used steering module vin is 1G1ZB5ST3HF157867

Hello, I am thinking about purchasing the GM DPS, and I was wondering if the tool could change the VIN in the k73 module. I have a 2014 CTS and just installed a K73 module from a 2017 CTS, I have Onstar functionality, but the VIN is incorrect. Looking to update it if possible.

I wonder if even possible to add transmission temperature display to the DIC in a 08+ Express van. 07-14 GMT-900 Silverado etc have the trans temp displayed in the DIC, but the vans do not, although it is very useful when towing trailers in the mountains. I have DPS and can pull files from the SPS. I found the clear text in the binaries. I have tried putting a 13 calibration into a 2008 cluster using DPS. It threw an error and the cluster is now bricked, and not responding. Then I tried to put a 13 calibration in a 2012 cluster and it is now stuck in an infinite reboot loop. Hi friends, im searching info for the integrated navigation for Info3 systems. seems the SD card uses a custom CID to "lock" the sd to the system after the first use and the SD cant be used in other radio. There are a SD cards manufactured by samsung in 2016 like this MB-SC32D/EU MB-MC32DA/EU where the CID can be changed... Someone knows about this SD cards maps? someone knows, for example, if i buy a USA sd card maps, and in this SD i write a european sd image, works?

Hey everyone, I'm considering purchasing the DPS Archive tool and have a few questions. If I have the correct files from SPS, do I simply run the tool to generate the archive? Once done, is it a matter of selecting the appropriate ECU address and diagnostic pin, then choosing the generated archive to program without any errors? Regarding the "populate VIT" option, when would be the right time to use it? Is it necessary to select it if I've already created the archive using the tool? I'd appreciate any insights or advice you might have on this. Thanks!

Good Afternoon, I have just swapped the seats in my 2016 Silverado 2500HD WT with the power leather heated and cooled memory seats, I have the power portion of the seats working and will work on the heat/cool and memory at a later date, my issue is as follows and I was hoping someone may have some insight on fixes. The seats came out of a 2018 GMC Sierra 3500HD and the airbag options are slightly different, the new seats do not have a seatbelt anchor pretensioner or a passenger side presence sensor or seat belt switch on passenger seat. Due to this, I get an airbag light for not having these devices. I tried pulling the config for the Airbag module…

Good Evening, I have seen posts about editing calibrations to get the options you need/want in your HMI. I know the easiest way is to use the vin of a vehicle that has the options you want, but I would like to know how to edit it. If anyone can share some information or the process of how to edit it and how to find out what field does what, I would be very appreciative. Thank you!

Hey Guys, I've been working on programming a used TCM for a 2011 Chevrolet Express with VIN Number 1GAZG1FG7C1110094. The TCM was initially working fine, and I downloaded the calibration files from SPS, creating an archive manually. However, trouble struck during the programming via DPS. It threw an error, and now the TCM seems to be dead. I've been attempting to reprogram it through SPS, but each attempt fails. I have a very strange problem with the mileage display when the car is off for a long time. If I start/switch on the car directly after getting in, the mileage display comes on immediately without any problems. But if I wait about 5 minutes until all control devices have shut down again and then start/switch on the car. First comes ------ then restart the IPC and then it will show my mileage. And because the IPC restarts/resets, all my settings are reset and shows all the menus that I have disabled. Before: 9 out of 14 Pages. After reset: 14 out of 14 Pages. How can I fix this?

I have been creating my dps files manually. I ran into an issue today with the files in my SPS cache. The controller calid lists 20 files, but the cache has 23 files.....3 extra. Is there any way to identify which files is the utility file? Also, if i wanted to leave one of the options out (sunroof), can i just omit that file when i create the build file and use the current utility file? Or does the utility file also need to be modified. Thanks in advance for any help! TIS.pdf
