dose anyone happen to know the security acsess algorithum for level 3/4 on a holden VE IPC. Level 1/2 uses algo E8 which allows you to write the vin and variant config, but for the life of me i cant find level 3/4 i have tried all the algos on GMLAN, other and Class 2 lookup tables. the Moduel all so sends out a rolling seed when requesting level 3 access it is not static like level 1 be willing to pay for it if someone can find out

Hello everyone, is there a way to make a backup of all control devices in your car using Online SPS? If yes how? When I open my control devices, SPS reports that everything is already up to date and does not upgrade and therefore there is nothing in the Cahce folder. Thanks

Hi All, new to this forum, I am starting research on upgrading my 2022 silverado 2500HD Custom Trim (Global A I believe?) IOR 7" radio to 8" IOU. Not sure if this is frowned upon here, but I am wanting to go the EEPROM unlock route if I can find some donor parts. My question(s) to you all: 1. Is this possible if I get the proper center panel replacement and HMI? 2. Do I just need to program the HMI? Or is the Radio Control Module also holding a VIN? 3. Any other tips/tricks to help me succeed? Hello, I'm trying to find the name of the side connector on the HMI board. It looks like PCIe or miniPCIe, but I can't find anything about this connector. I'm trying to access UART to gain shell (hopefully root) access on my truck with model INFO3.7-3.8 CSM. I'm waiting on a usb TTL adapter from amazon, but I was trying to find a connector that would fit to make access the pins easier or if I can 3D print something. Hello, I'm new, still have a lot to learn. I was wondering if there was a source for the software updates for the 2020-2022 Colorado RPO: IOR outside of SPS2? It has "over the air" capabilities, but I don't believe it works as my radio is still running the original software and there is at least one bulletin about having to go to the dealer. Mine is no longer under warranty so it would be pricey. My eventual goal was to swap out the radio for an IOU (top level) and full color cluster (mine is monochrome) and add remote start, which if I understand correctly I'll need to put in the VIN for another vehicle to get SPS2 to generate the file…

It’s not that I’m trying to skip out on becoming a “contributor” I’m just trying to understand if I’m even capable of doing what I’m wanting to do before I spend the money, drive a few of you nuts, or kill what I’m trying to save by screwing something up. Ive tried 2 different types of DPS now and as soon as I open it, and click DEV programming tool, It asks for a certificate and a license. The last version I loaded was 4.48 from here. Am I missing something?

Does anyone know if it is the module being programmed or the OS that dictates the length the calibration file is supposed to be? To give some context I'm programming a 2-byte BCM I can use a complete set of calibrations that are match for each vehicle (2 different vehicles) Some of the calibrations are the same between the two vehicles so it should work. The OS is different between the two and one calibration file I'm interested in is a different file length. I tried programming the BCM using all files from one vehicle and swapping the different calibration file I wanted to the archive. The module kicks it out. Does my explan…
