To perform the remote session successfully, you only need to prepare the following on your end:
A Windows Laptop/PC with a stable high-speed internet connection.
An Approved PassThru Device: A J2534 interface is required. The most commonly used and recommended budget-friendly option is the VXDIAG VCX Nano (GM version).
Remote Desktop Software: Anytodesk or TeamViewer installed so we can connect to your PC.
