Ive tried 2 different types of DPS now and as soon as I open it, and click DEV programming tool, It asks for a certificate and a license. The last version I loaded was 4.48 from here. Am I missing something?

Does anyone know if it is the module being programmed or the OS that dictates the length the calibration file is supposed to be? To give some context I'm programming a 2-byte BCM I can use a complete set of calibrations that are match for each vehicle (2 different vehicles) Some of the calibrations are the same between the two vehicles so it should work. The OS is different between the two and one calibration file I'm interested in is a different file length. I tried programming the BCM using all files from one vehicle and swapping the different calibration file I wanted to the archive. The module kicks it out. Does my explan…

I have a 2014 Equinox from a used car dealer with "-----" as the mileage. Vin in BCM and ICP are correct. I've followed the steps for correcting this that GM recommends, but nothing works. Attempted to reprogram with SPS the BCM, ECU, and ICP. All complete correctly. I have a used BCM and Cluster, which wont program with SPS. What steps should I take next?

Hey , Can I install 2019+ equinox cluster into 2016 malibu LT? My vehicle has monochrome cluster and after doing research I am seeing that a base model equinox cluster from 2019 and up may work as it is still a color cluster but it does not have audio menu or any extras like my vehicle now. They are also very cheap to obtain. It would basically be the same cluster but with a color screen. Let me know if I can do this? I have programmed modules before using techline but I never used dps to program. not sure what i would need to do to get it working. Another difference I have noticed is that the equinox cluster has a mini USB connection on the back, not sure what …

I'm looking to see if anyone knows how to change the resolution of the display output. I would like to get a 2021 3.6 HMI (Radio) to output to a 12" screen. The display works but there are 8 tiny screens on the display instead of blown up to the width and height of the screen.

Hello everyone, Can anyone help me identify this chip on a 2019 Buick Enclave IPC? Its the 8in IPC, trying to select the correct ID chip to read the data so I can change the VIN and PIN for my 2019 Chevrolet Traverse. The one printed numbers it has are 16H 9017. As for hardware I'm using is a XGecu T48 with its software Xgpro v12.57 with the adapter and clamp so I don't have to remove the chip from the board. Thanks in advance.

I don't know if it will help me or anyone, but I've been off and on researching to see what sorts of menus/options are buried in the UHS 8" IPC software, with the ultimate end goal of creating an XML file which could activate as many of these options as possible and/or decode some or all of the IPC calibrations so as to edit those manually. To that end, I've put together an Excel spreadsheet which, as best as I can tell, maps out every function call in the GM XML file that I have been able to find so far. This DPS did the job, I have 2022 GMC sierra Denali , here in the states GMC sold many 2022 vehicles without modules for "Park Assist" do to the chip shortage.....they promised a "Retrofit" the modules have been available for months but GM won't update the SPS data files until they are ready to start retrofitting. I'm looking to find out how to clear the VIN out of a 2006 Corvette Navigation System. Is there a CAN Command you can send to the Radio to get rid of the Theft Locked Screen? I've received a lot people asking how to do this.

I have been dying to learn how GM allows us enthusiastic people to add features to the BCM!!! I want to add Fog Lights, or Passive Entry, or Park Assist, or Front Camera, etc. FCA is very easy to accomplish this, also Ford but GM is a whole other ball game.

Hi, I was trying to load in a diffrent file with EU calibrations, then my module stopped responding. I can't program the orginal files back now, tried with DPS and with SPS (i have an active subscription for my VIN) that's also failing. Can the module be bricked? So I’ve come across another unique situation. When going to techline connect it won’t let me download the calibration files for this module. was wondering if anyone had the calibration files for this module.

Car was bought at a auction so theres no history.I can see the body module had been replaced and the vin match.I dont know about the cluster but miles match paperwork.I cant see vin in the cluster. when i unlock the radio and let the car set awhile the radio will lock backup when you turn on the key.I found somewhere in the body module where it said vin does not match vin in memory.What memory??

Customer wants us to add or turn on bluetooth calling on his van. The onstar module has the bluetooth antenna in it from factory. We changed the steering wheel to add the radio buttons but the bluetooth doesn't work. I couldn't find anything in sps on the onstar module to turn it on. Is there a way to do this?

So I've been having great success programming various modules on my bench table with gm DPS. I've run into a unique problem. I can program any 2009 GM E69 ecms (2009 Acadia, outlook, Traverse, Enclave) part number 12623325. What i gather is that i need the tcm to be able to program the ECM. I was wondering is there a workaround or if someone had the calibration files for this module.

Hello community, During the SPS programming I tried to download the XML file of the ECU (E98) of Opel Insignia MY2018. But all I can get hands on is just the BUILD file. I have already watched the tutorial from Troy and was following the instructions. But I had no luck to get the XML file of the ECU. I can get the XML files of some other controllers, but not of the ECU. Is possibility blocked by SPS or GM ? The reason why I need it: I just want to add one RPO : "Active grille shutter" to my ECU. My plan was to get the XML and the BUILD files of the ECU E98, add the PRO code manually and create a new configuration file of the ECU with DPS. …

The customer reports intermittent issues with the vehicle not cranking or starting, while sometimes it starts without problems. Additionally, the headlight's center lock does not function.
