Hello, i am here to learn about programming the gm vehicles And using dps

Just joined as I am way behind on technology and have major interest in gm global B nowadays as I have stumbled onto a big project. I used to unlock radios on 2007 - 2011 gm by SOIC unsoldering and reprogramming using hex editor (oli__x and other) then re-solder. Fast forward to today, I bought a neighbors 2022 envision to rebuild after a crash (bought from ins. company after claim pay) Now finding that it has global B on it ...... and the bureaucracy G- has created surrounding it. Have I got a Lot to learn.

Hello all, New guy here , great info on eeprom programming/ reading hex data , something im rather new at. Thanks Spent the past 30ish years doing mostly transmissions. Most of the time at transmission shops and couple years doing transmission/heavy line at local chevrolet dealer back in early 2000s . And more recently been doing more and more electrical diagnostic and programming along with regular builds. love to learn and master new skills. Looking forward to sharing knowledge with you all and appreciate all who are willing to do so. Thanks

Hi everyone! I’m just starting to get my feet wet with GM programming and immobilizer systems across all brands. I’ve been a diagnostic tech for a few years now, but I’m looking to move my ass from 'under the hood' onto the bench—even if I have to burn the midnight oil in the process. Like everyone else these days, I’m just trying to be more efficient and profitable. I’ve always appreciated the effort put into these communities. Hello - have read lots on this site with regards to ECU hacks. My first goal is to get a used ECU to be accepted by the vehicle after the original was stolen! Have learned a lot about SPS, OPCOM, DPS etc etc however still am unable to pair the module with the car!

Hello new to cameraloops after being recommend here by another member. Grew up on our family farm in southern Indiana with my grandpa taking the roll as the father figure in my life. His health conditions forced me to grow up fast to be able help him when his mind started to slip. When other kids were learning t ball I was running full size tractors and driving us from home to the farm and running to town for parts in his truck by myself, and by the time I was 8 I was hauling grain in an international cab over semi. I'm a GM enthusiast, in particular of the Chevrolet brand. I like the american cars and I accidentally discovered that many parts are common with Opel 😜 I hope to find some information on the sw and fw parts and maybe share information with other people

I bought a Opel and thought it would be fun and easy like my Audi S8 Plus. Unfortunately the modules are not that fun, Audi dealer will remove Component protection but Opel dealer just says "We can't or we son't know how". I hope I can find someone here who can help me.

Greetings. I have successfully retrofitted the OEM 360 camera package onto a Sierra 1500 that came with a IOR radio and no VPCM. Now the truck has an IOT+UQA radio system with UVS, and I will need the community's help to get it fully calibrated and operational using DPS. Once it is up and running, I'll be happy to share the retrofit process given the considerable interest for this upgrade in the Sierra/Silverado community. Cheers!
