Thank you very much! I can't run the BCM VIN change TattooTroy.zip file because the DPS copies I received don't send the 5 byte seed/key. Can you tell me what else I need to set up?

Did you tried it with this dps this version 4.46 and version 4.44?

Try both version of dps and let me know.

New to this.

Trying to relearn a vin on my 2016 Chevy Silverado HMI

Having trouble opening the DPS 4.46 and others I have downloaded.

GM seems to block all the ways I am trying to get this done.

Any help would be appreciated. When I try to open a new program, it wants a 

License or certificate.

Hi, try using dps 4.44

trying to download your vin relearn and put into an arch file

then bring it into 4.46

Ihave some of your arch files that work and i can see the program.

When i try bringing the relearn file in it want open.

this is the file I need so I can get the vin from the hmi to work with my truck vin

The hmi vin file is already a zip archive. 
1 download it

2 extract it 

3 program module with dps. 

I cannot open the program program of DPS

Ican open the Arch program but it want take your file

I am not able to open the 4.44 or 4.46 I think because I found a pcid utility exe file on my computer.

could that be keeping me from opening the DPS?

I think if I could open the DPS I could run the program.

I can’t help there.
Maybe you have a pc issue. Dps 4.44 and 4.46 works fine. 
All the dps vin change files works fine with dps.
Try using a different pc.

I have found the license in the DPC download, so where do I find the certificate.

Im still fighting to get this up and running

Did you copy and paste the cracked dps exe and other files to the dps folder?

When that box pops up about licence just click OK.

Got everything set and set the correct parameters on the DPS and loaded the file. Pressed Program and the zip file could not be opened

Download the HMI relearn zip file.

Extract the zip file then load this file into dps "vin CHANGE.zip"

Can you clarify your instructions?
