Type4 applications for GM's DPS

The Type4 Application functionality within DPS allows the user to run a pre-defined software procedure on GM's motor vehicle modules offline without using a GM's online SPS subscription. These procedures typically execute a setup/learn function that requires user interaction. Examples: Oil Life Setup, BPP Learn, Clutch Position Learn, Key Immobiliser Learn, etc.

type4 apps does not change vin in the modules.

Make sure TLC is install and is able to launch from your acdelco sps account via sps subscription.

The type4 options shows on my windows 10 system with TLC fully install.

The HyperJuice MBP 1.5-222 MacBook power bank battery is OK, though the USB-C Magic Box V2 is rubbish and a waste of money. It stopped working and was replaced under warranty twice in the same year. Whatever electronic parts are used or circuit design is not good. A simple fix is to use a 100W car cigarette port USB C charger to make an adaptor for my MacBook.
