Knowing the VIN of various vehicles is useful when gathering calibration files from vehicles with different specs when required to activate features in a module or checking the RPO codes/vehicle options via GM Techline Connect Service for a given vehicle registration number when buying a used vehicle. You can gather various VINs by using websites like ebay.co.uk, autotrader.co.uk, etc, to check for vehicle registration numbers and then convert those reg numbers into VINs, then use those VINs with GM Techline Connect SPS service to download various calibration files or check RPO code specs.

Recently my Insignia developed a squealing noise coming from the engine bay. The noise was coming from the camshaft seal and PCV valve located in the engine rocker cover.
