No, you will most likely need to program at least the BCM and possibly the ECM and maybe the IPC.

You need to find a 2012 Cruze that is built almost exactly like yours except with cruise control and start comparing the calibration files.

The HyperJuice MBP 1.5-222 MacBook power bank battery is OK, though the USB-C Magic Box V2 is rubbish and a waste of money. It stopped working and was replaced under warranty twice in the same year. Whatever electronic parts are used or circuit design is not good. A simple fix is to use a 100W car cigarette port USB C charger to make an adaptor for my MacBook. The 100W car cigarette port USB C charger does get a bit warm when used. This is normal, as it does get warm when using it in the car on
