    @Arbe_gtc  Thank you.
    It's weird.. When I checked on SPS website the calibrations are matched.
    When I connect MDI device and pull SPS then operating system calibration is different.
    This is what I got when pull from SPS for the VIN ending 74818:
    84729301 (current cal on vehicle) vs 84696811, the rest cals are good.
    Does it means that 84729301 has been replaced by 84696811 or vice versa (update) ?

    Seems that archive is created wrong.

    That ZIP file is not a DPS archive. You must create a DPS archive file, which you use to program the BCM.

    Here is the DPS archive file.

    3GKALMEV3KL379819_BCM-DPS.zip

    Alternatively, you can manually create the DPS archive file by using this tutorial.

    Or create the DPS archive file automatically using this tool.
