Hi thanks for that but it was for BCM not the IPC, I have the IPC working, I believe the TPMS isn't working as I didn't run XML after calibration of chassis block.

BuildRecord.xml23134628 - BCM.xml

The BCM XML seems not relevant to TPMS

@Arbe_gtc Amazing thank you and happy new year!

I'll give it a go see if i can get TPMS to begin working not sure if it will work, can't think what else to try.  I used calibrations of a model with TPMS but not working.

Check if it matches.

Thanks I will double check, although the wiring was present from factory I just plugged in a TPMS module and added the valves.

I then programmed the chassis block for BCM from 39069337 to 39069339.

I also changed IPC to an 8" which is updated to 2017 software and all working fine except shows dashes instead of pressures.

When I press on the steering wheel to trigger the TPMS learning nothing happens, but also when I use GDS2 to trigger the learning I get "lost connection with module" GDS2 cannot query anything to do with TPMS it just gives the lost connection error.  The BCM is showing an error for TPMS stating "too few pulses" so it is expecting TPMS module to be there.

My VIN is W0LGT8EM1E1046713 which only had TPMS wiring from factory.

I'll trace the wiring as per above as that may explain the above issues.

You installed TPMS tyre pressure monitoring control modul K65? Location 10 in picture.

Yes I installed part number 13321961

The chassis number (VIN) from E1000001 must be 39047085.

Apologies for typo I fitted 13393595, this still wrong?

Unlikely,  unless it's bad modul.  Both are analog, i check.

Check the module connectors for oxidation and  ignition/ ground 12V

When I try GDS2 immeadiately reports lost connection, same with the auto learn.  GDS shows TPMS but with errors for "Too Few Pulses".

I'm going to double check the wiring, I assumed it would be all there as the plug was already present but to be sure i'll check.  If not then I don't know what else to check.

Fuse 53 was present also.

The connector has not been connected for a long time, be sure to check for oxidation. is there 12v power and K65 3pin(6133 GN/BU) connected to BCM X6-9pin Green/Blue (6133 GN/BU).

I collected the this information:

Module 13321961 (RPO UJN) Tire pressure indicator automatically learns, used until 2014 with tire sensors 13581560; 13598901; 13507403.
Since 2014 used 39047085 (RPO UJM) Tire pressure indicator manual learns, with tire sensors ??????.

Hmm thats odd, i thought they all auto learned?

I do have a tool to manually learn but I cannot get the car into learning mode from either steering wheel or GDS2.

Tomorrow i will check continuity of wiring and verify power/communication.

What RPO are you trying to activate UJN or UJM? Your sensor is UJN, it doesn't know how to behave as a UJM. When you try to teach the sensor, it just doesn't respond because it doesn't understand the command.

I beleive UJN? my IPC has been changed to an 8" updated to 2017 software.

To activate the BCM I used the chassis calibration block from a 2014 with TPMS swapped (39069337 to 39069339) you are possibly onto something there if IPC being from 2017 (software) then would that be looking for manual (UJM) whereas the BCM has 2014 software so UJN? I think the module is from 2015.

From memory i think i used W0LGT8EM4E1123090 as a reference for differences between calibrations.

IPC works, TPMS shows icons, BCM shows error on TPMS, I think it works too. I think the TPMS module or the tire sensors are not working. What is the tire sensor number, how old are they?

The sensors are 13598775 only fitted a couple months ago.

I am interested in the date of manufacture. Anyone who clones a TPMS sensor can check if it works. They often come from China with defects.

They are fitted to the tyres now so i'm not sure.

Haven't had a chance to check wiring yet.

Below is some info from GDS2 that may give some clues.
