Hi guys, i have various firmwares from Harman 3X and extracting it, i found this. I think its the functions of all calibration for the harman radio.

Are totally different to the HMI 2.5

The most of the files are XML files.

Someone know how working the calibrations in this radio? how to edit the calibrations? for example, to change the boot animation

 

 

by the way, the info 3 system are based in Android.

Hi guys, i have news. the .bin files i atached in the previous message, can be uncompressed again using 7zip and the new file is the XML in plain text.

I think this clear a little bit the way to edit the files....

well, someone have a european/russian VIN (not Opel) from a Global A platform model with info3.6? im searching but no find nothing...

I think Chevrolet Tahoe, and traverse and in cadillac, the ATS, CT6 and CTS are Global A

I have already found a VIN info3.6 from Russia. and i have the info3.6 in house. I'm waiting the screen to starting the proofs with the calibration  files 🙂

I have info3.6 but it's for global-B sitting in the states. I will try to source a info3.6 Global-A so I can join this party.

My unit is global A. at the moment i have communication with DPS, and GDS2.

 

There are new cars still in global A platform, Acadia, blazer... (but few in europe with info3.5 or 3.6)

 

and there are a tool called "CalDef Tool Suite" to create calibrations. but this tool i dont think we can get it easyly...

Seems safe to swap calibrations of different cars

 

Its 100% an android system based. you can enable the developer options and the usb debugging can be enabled too. maybe this can be used to connect by adb to computer...

Well, I have managed to get info3 working, and it seems that in the test bench it works fine... I need more tests, but it seems that everything is fine.

 

 

the starting animations when opening the door work correctly, removing the key and opening the door shuts down the system....

 

Now, its possible overwrite the firmware of USA harman by the european firmware? if plug the USB with the european firmware, says invalid...

Today i received the usb receptacle with mcr slot and works ok, i have a US card, and im waiting a SD to dump the europe maps

Anyone have and is willing to share EU calibrations for this type of radio? 😄

yes, its possible. loading the calibrations with this extras. but for 360 video need an additional module

No, i cant find this program

 

You can do packages normally using other cars calibrations, and this works.

I got it, man I'm waiting for the modules, I'll do a few trials, I'll try for 360 vision and bose sound.
