This file consists of a video tutorial demonstrating how to retrieve the XML files for a module and how to remove RPO codes from the module using the GM DPS software tool.

It also includes information on manually activating and deactivating hidden menus in the IPC module using DPS.

NOTE: The video tutorial was created using the older SPS, the same as the Europe Service box SPS. The newer Techline SPS2 is the same process as the older SPS, only with a folder name change.

Would this allow me to modify HMI 2.5 to deactivate onstar (microphone not working on UE0 RPO)?

    I think you need to reflash A11 Radio with correct software (calibrations) to change mic input routing..
    However, you did not mentioned which model/make you are talking about, so it may be different for you.

    It's a 2015 GMC Sierra. From my understanding and research it's coded in the HMI

    2020 Sierra. Customer wants to add active shutter VTI. It looks like its controlled by the ecm. Can I add it with DPS?

    You'd need the right cal segment when flashing, so you need to find a truck with the same OS and the shutter RPO option.
