I am trying to create a type4 file to correct mileage on 2019 Escalade. I followed the guide for creating Type4 but still running into issues. This is the SPS Log:

Also, I noticed SPS then flashes this file as well

I tried creating the Type4 with the first 6 files only. This caused DPS to error out saying missing type4app.dll. I then tried to create a Type4 with only the Type4App.dll and Type4app.cfg:

Nothing happens when I click next except for the special function log updating. The Type4 app opens as it did in SPS though:

I then tried to create a new archive with the DLL, CFG, and the 6 files from above in one Archive. The Type4 app opens, but is entirely blank.

You have built the archive wrong, probably..
Share the files from cache folder or the archive you've created - then we can give some insights...

Thank you and yes you are correct. I have attached the files downloaded. Some where in SPSCache and some were in the Type4 folder. I copied all to that directory that is attached.

If you've build and run a Type4App you have attached a screenshot from (above), then you have done it correctly.
Mileage check/change procedure is not in the IPC. You need to get Setup & Config files for BCM.
