But for reprogramming. I was following those steps for getting and maintain deep sleep before and during reprogrammin of Gateway module. I dont have any clue, what might happe if not following.
Also need to mention that after doing Serial A and then B then i  wait that 5 minute period what is also mentioned that document.

Awesome, thank you for the update!  So the MDI worked but not the VCX?

Yes, VCX NANO is definetly "killer" for Serial Gateway B.
Maybe in future there will be more modules what are suffering same issue(pin1) on re-programming CanLo over J2354 or maybe VXdiag will fix firmware based on that bug report....
Lucky for us(Owners of VCX nano) that CanHi seems to work robust 🙂 because there is the modules what usually needs to reprog

Brutal!  haha.  Yeah, once I tried it and saw the same thing, I had a feeling.  I have a different way I could likely get it programmed but I might actually try another device that can do Global B.  Not that I *really* need it.  I knew there had to be a flaw somewhere in the VCX though.  It's been impressive and done 99% of what I've needed it to do.

Just an update for this post, I did figure this one out later.  It is an issue with the VCX but there is a fix for it.  I know it's programmed now but if it comes up again, or with other modules.
