Ok I see the issue. 
You will need to send me the utility file for that IPC, I’ll create a new file.
use this tutorial to get the utility file for the IPC. 

Troy, do you think this will work on a 2012 or 2016 Chevy Cruze? They are both 2-byte seeds. If not would you be willing to build one that will?.. I have the read log files from both if you need them and should be able to get a utility file..

Hi, yes it should work. If not, and you can provide the utility file for that IPC, I can create a vin change file that will work.

This one did not work for me. I also tried the ABS 2-byte 1.0.0 on it and it does not work either on the ABS.. Also of course AC Delco's website is having payment issues again so I cant get the files at the moment 🙄..

In the logs. It states dps did not load the vin change file. Try restarting your pc. Make sure the car is on and engine off. 
Also is the IPC powering on as normal?

For Malibu you can use this link to get the file that will work on that car. 

I just paid the $100 for that file .... and it's the wrong file , can u please send the the correct file .
