i switch the UHS back to the UDD from my Astra K ( back to Original)

I Conig and Programm everything back to original but the Cluster show that the Car has NO fuel (binkling) in the tank but also show 1/4.

No error code or something.

What can i do or what is the problem

And what is the actual fuel level in the tank? 1/4 is correct?

Just a theory - if the cluster is freshly installed, it may have some abysmal fuel consumption data (like 50l/100km), so it may have calculated that existing amount is not enough and fuel will end soon..

Have you tried resetting fuel consumption in GDS2? Or reprogram IPC again with DPS and Conf & Setup after again too (full Type4, not just XML).

So, after driven 50km the light go off and shows correct range estimate.

Probably the Cluter didn't like to sit long time on a test bench with zero fuel consummation

This happened to me too when i cleared the security code from the cluster. Yes it does function correctly after driving 2-3 km/h
