Hey, thanks, but I already have the list and did programming. Also, I'm not a professional here, started learning year or something ago, so I would not take responsibility of someones car. Also I do not know your situation, but from safe actions (reads, no writes yet) I would do next:
0. Read the basics - how OBDII works - ISO14229, SPS Interpreter, GMW3110 and DPS manual - all pdfs can be found on Internet. It will help you a lot later.
1. Create list of parts of affected modules by VIN - to have what was intended there by GM originally
2. Create list of parts currently flashed into the car, compare, investigate - if you did (0) with this knowledge you can understand what's going on in utility files
3. Create backups of all flash, eeprom, even RAM (can have parts of flash for example) etc you can get access to - not easy, will require custom development
4. Get files from (1) and try to get files from (2) - if you have backups from (3) use them
5. Compare 1, 2, 3 investigate a lot - here you probably can have some conclusions and plan further actions

Seems like -T83 was a mistake, even though not listed for the original VIN, soo can I ask for a favor one more time please:
