Maybe incorrect calibrations. There are modules that, if they do not accept the calibrations, remain in that state 01. You can load it again.

I think you have a problem with packaging.

Nah, these modules require specific way of constructing dps package and manually update VIT2 file. Have similar issue with BCM on Meriva B.

What do I have to enter in Man-HW / Sup-HW, or do you have to enter anything at all?

Ahhh yes, two of us tried with VXDiag's on an SDGM using Low Speed and ran into timeouts like crazy.  I have another clone MDI2 and it wouldn't do the SDGM either.

 

In your case though, it's retrying but it's making it to the end.  You're getting the same error as the other post I've just responded to.  I'll ask the same, is this for sure the same part?  Do you have the old VIN and new VIN and can get the files for both?  (I can't download those ones unfortunately).  In your case too, it rejected the OS stating it's not ready or there's not enough space to save it based on the error code.

yes, u should fill all relative data. As well need all calibration to be in correct order.

 

@codebuilderdue not populated VIT2 wiht correct data, him module now is "empty". I do this mistake before, until get to learn how should be done. Few "bricked" modules and couple days/nights reading and testing.

I saw that too....  they should try it as it's an important step but the only step I'm seeing it should have hit this early is the skip OS.  I could be wrong though, I'd still try the VIT2 first before anything.

Your package isn’t build correctly.

Soo i got it working after hours of searching and testing.

The culprit was really the VXDiag with its buffer size or timing error.

I change the max Buffer and Programmed.
