I think it was my fault as I looked on tis2web at my existing VIN by mistake, I think I have correctly built both archives now, I will attempt to program and report.

The A11 programmed fine but the HMI said there was an error programming.

 

Now I cannot read the HMI and when i try to program it comes back with an error stating Not all ECUs responded properly.

 

Any ideas?

 

you have to choose the right pin and baud rate

On programming don’t opt for global a, leave as default and flash it.

This is what i used to flash A11 which worked, it's HMI i'm trying to flash on 6&14 I don't have any options for different baud rates for that.  Do you think I should reflash radio first any retry?

I'm wondering if perhaps the Radio didn't program correctly?

Unplug the radio conectors and try programming with DPS without ACC.

So tried everything I can think of. I disconnected the silverbox that didn't work either. 

 

Tried another silverbox which obviously came up with theft lock. Tried programming again with new radio in theft lock status, same result. 

Changed VIN on new A11 radio and flashed to get off the theft lock, still same result. 

 

I can only assume that the HMI unit is faulty? I have another one but it's an HMI2.5 but I don't have the correct calibration files for that to test it. 

 

Attached are pics of the replacement HMI and Radio if someone could supply the calibration files to try those that would be amazing. 

Calibration depend of car where will be installed.
