    You may have a PC or a diagnostic interface driver issue. Can you try with a different PC.

    I don't have other pc with dps, My interface is a MDI 1 original.

    I think dps only works with MDI2. You may need a different compatible interface.

    DPS works perfect with clone MDI 1 and Original MDI 1 no doubt it works awesome with Original MDI 2, possibly your usb cable or usb has issue, i hope these points will solve your issue

    do check , is your dps license valid ?  if its not then dps will not allow to program and it will shut down
