Need help with gm dps radio module calibration

Hello. I have a project I am working on with my 2014 Buick lacrosse. Last year I upgraded the HMI 2.0 to the 2.5. This year I wanted to upgrade the radio module so I can use android auto properly. I grabbed a radio module that would work be compatible and found a vin that would work. I installed the module and got the calibration files from sps from the vin, created an archive and attempted to program it. I got to 99% on DPS and it stopped with a message that said "Error occurred during programming" Now the radio screen is black and doesn't have theft lock on it. Ive looked over the archive files and everything seems to be in the right order and it looked like the right utility file is selected. Im just kinda stuck rn and cant figure out what's causing it to not program right. I hope the module is not bricked. I still get connection to the module.

Module #23402908

2016 New donor vin #1G4GA5G34GF145585

The last steps in utility file for radio module - is writing Data ID $12. That's where it fails for you, probably.
Need to see your programming log to know where and why it fails.
You have probably set up environment variables wrong before programming this module.

@Arbe_gtc Yes the programming starts. I have attached a picture of the calibration order with the archive order. I've noticed that the calibration order from GM goes from 1 to 3 and skips #2. Not sure if that makes a difference or not.

That could be your issue..

Files need to be in the correct order.

Correct index is inside each calibration file. The mostly are the same as in the TIS info page you have screenshot from, but not always.

better post you BIN files, so we can put together an archive for you.

@jjagel
I have sent you an archive through private message..

Flash with Pin 1 (33.3KBd). Also press "Populate VIT2" after selecting archive (before starting Programming) - this will save you a lot of time, as OS is already up to date after your failed flashing attempts.

Ok. I ran those files and again and the radio module works!

I had originally tried programming the new archive on my laptop and it kept on giving me countless errors. Then I switched over to my other computer and it worked without a single issue. I must have to get a fresh install of DPS

Thank you so much for your help!
