Hello. I wanted to program the instrument cluster from an Insignia B to an Insignia A. During programming, I’m getting a programming error. It’s as if the instrument cluster is resetting itself. Communication with it is working.

I would like to match the software to an Insignia A with VIN W0LGM57M791000821.

I’m counting on your help.

Hi, according to the log, your programming (VIN change) have successfully ended. Restart/reset of the IPC after programming is totally normal and expected behavior.

But, I guess, you do not understand how VIN change procedure in DPS actually works.. Because how have programmed back the same VIN it already have - W0LGM8EMXE1079724 (Insignia A MY2014).
IPC also stores a PIN (CarPass) code and is part of the immo system in the vehicle - so you will have to change PIN as well, and "sync" immo data (identifier) to this cluster.

The .txt file I sent contains the controller information. The calibration files I used came from a different car. I logged out of the odometer so there wouldn’t be any issues with the immobilizer. I found out that to program it correctly, I still need to perform the programming via the USB port.
