Is possible, but you have to know both VINs and PINs.

You need to unzip received files from SPS/TLC cache folder first...

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe Global B doesn't require a PIN.

Will need PIN to be deimobilised and then immobilised.

I still don't have a solution, I can't write. I saw the zip file is fine... I'll tell you =). This is the engine ECU, there is still no equipment that can read it, not even Transdata, .flex, Kess3, .Autotuner says there may be a solution at some time... I have only installed a virgin ECU and programmed it online doing SPS... if it is not virgin we still haven't been able to do anything... lots of cars left unused.

GM HAS NOT TAKEN CHARGE.. IT IS A LOW VOLTAGE BATTERY PROBLEM THAT DAMAGES THE ECU..

I CAN LOWER THE CALIBRATIONS OF THE WHOLE CAR IF NECESSARY TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION
