Hey i ask my self if it is posible to retrofit on an astra j from 2011 with LDD to retrofit KL9. I meen i know that almoste everthing can be programmed but i ask me what ECU has to be reflashed? Only motor controller or also the BCM? If so can anyone Tell me what calb file in bcm needs to be reprogrammed? Because i have retrofit rain and light sensor so the default calb for my vin does not work.

Only if anyone ask i know start stop is maybe stupid it is more for fun to see what is posible.

Programming is only one part of the job..
You need to change some hardware too - starter motor, battery (if not AGM already), and battery negative cable must have sensor built into clamp.. Then you will need to connect this sensor to BCM (or ECU - need to check wiring diagrams). Crankshaft sensor is different too.
Even ECU have different part number, if the vehicle had or didn't had SS from factory.

You have some basic current sensor 13505369.

For S/S you will need a more advanced one - 13306650.

Just open parts catalog (EPC) for your VIN, open related pages for the HW I have mentioned, remove filtering by VIN, and look for p/n that have "for vehicles with engine start/stop function" text.

If you want to throw some money at this to prove a point - sure, totally doable.
But the vast majority of people I know or have heard an opinion from - want S/S system totally disabled if their vehicle have it... Don't know why would you want to retrofit it.
