Does someone have the SW Files for Chevy Bolt MY 19 PDC Controller UD7 K182

I have an Opel Ampera E

I am an retired Engineer and I am struggling with programming the K182 PDC Controller.

Since Opel divorced from GM 2018 everything went chaotic in Europe. I hope I don't have to explain more. 

My Ampera E was launched in Europe under very small volume exactly in the time frame when we were sold to PSA.

Now the vin will not be recognized as an Opel Vin number under SPS. It is recognized as as Chevy Bolt 2019. The vin will be read and we can choose the K182 modul.

Then the programming gets declined. Reason for this I have not a Chevy SPS license. I have an Opel SPS Licence.

What a bummer dude. 

I have an OEM MDI Gen1 and a GM Mongoose pro.

It is an Opel but the SPS Data is stored und Chevy Bolt MY 19.

Using MDI Gen 2.

What license do I need to program Module K182

I bought a brand new PDC Controller and it is installed in the vehicle.

What other options do I have. Pass through programming which I do not have the SW!!

1. You can always acquire a license for Chevy brand vehicles from ACDelco TDS portal (it is way cheaper than for Opel vehicles from PSA Servicebox platform..).
   But it is correctly detected as Ampera-E in TIS2WEB and have an Opel VIN - so I don't really get where you got that this is a Chevy all of a sudden.
   

2. This E4403 is about no connection between MDI and vehicle. Can you connect and read data from ECUs with GDS2 before launching SPS reprogramming? Have you seen a full description of this particular SPS error?

   E4399/E4403 – Severe Error

   Cause:

   These general programming errors are typically the result of a loss of communication between the programming device and module. The loss of communication can be caused by a drop in battery voltage, delay in communication with the module or a vehicle issue such as interruption on the BUS (wiring, connector issue, aftermarket components, etc.).

   Resolution:

   Maintain a minimum of 12.5 volts during programming.

   Attempt to re-establish communication with the module. This should first be done with GDS2 or Tech 2. If communication can be established, reattempt programming using “Replace and Program ECU” as the programming method.

   If communication cannot be re-established, deplete retained power by disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a minimum of 5 minutes. Re-establish and maintain battery power, attempt to communicate with the control module using MDI or Tech 2. Reattempt programming using “Replace and Program ECU.”

   Some earlier model vehicles (pre-2007) may require the use of the Tech 2 and ‘Legacy Tech 2’ programming option in SPS in order to utilize a slower programming communication speed.

yes GDS2 was working.

So we were able to read out the vehicle and erase trouble codes.

Somehow the vin is not detected by Opel SPS but by GM SPS
