So.. Im replacing an Airbag-Ecu on my 2010 NG Saab 9-5 (same architecture as Insignia A), a used unit with wrong VIN

I got the Vin change file,with the help of Troy 🤩

Used Winrar, unpacked the file into DPSArch, programming went great..Vin is changed to the correct one.. No problem

So.. whats left is to re-learn BCM and Immobilizer, to write/hardcode new Vin..

Again.. got the necessary file from Troy.. and well.. from here on.. I would REALLY like a tutorial... as i somehow cannot import/use that file within GM DPS.. Just says " cannot unpack file, Error" 😬

Yes.. I am aware that i can use GM SPS to do the Immo-relearn, but i figured Troys file would do the trick?

The issue arises because the DPS file you’re attempting to load is a Type4 file, which must be loaded using the DPS Type4 tab option.

This tutorial and files can be used to activate the DPS Type4 tab option.
