Hello!

I bought the car last month and have been trying to get my ACC to work. ACC is Adaptive Cruise control.

My module was bad, bought a second hand one, installed it ans it worked about 5 kilometers and it didn't work again. I can't calibrate it, says ERROR. I think the module has another car VIN and that's why it does not work.

I bought VXDIAG VCX SE for J2534. Can anyone here help me out and program the second hand module? Please send me the price too.

What is the DTC code?
You do have a J2534 wire - why not do the basic diagnostics and give us full picture?

If I try to use Diagbox or GDS2, then I don't have communication with car. VXManager finds the device but the program says no communication.

Why Diagbox? It is meant only for Peugeot based vehicles..
All Insignias are covered by GDS2.

To me VXdiag not works with GDS2 using the installers provided with it

It's interesting; I've been testing the installer that came with the VXDiag Nano on a virtual machine, and GDS2 works if I select the VXDIAG adapter as MDI, but it doesn't work as VXDiag adapter. However, in DPS it doesn't work as MDI but it does work as VXDiag although loading calibrations can fail in DPS...

Hy, did you know what PIN and Adress the ACC (B223) Modul have? I don´t found it. I think it is Pin1 and D2 but in DPS it won´t work

address 21, try 6-14, if not try 1

Yes, it should be D2.
It cannot be on SWCAN (Pin1), as this is too slow for this application..
Should be on regular HS-CAN (6-14) or on extended bus (12-13).

P.S. it does not hurt to try all options until you have the readout - there are only 4 possibilities..

I test all 3 Pins but no connection. Pin 1 to slow and pin 14 to fast.

Sps is working and have connection.

21 not work.

Put in bench and connect with GDS2, enter VIN manually..
Then open B233. It should show diag. adress in identification page.

P.S. do you have a 120 Ohm resistor between CanHI/CanLO? This can prevent you from reaching the module when in bench.

The radar is in the car and working fine. Sw loading works. In gds is the adress 2d. But in dps i can't look on it

Do a full scan for DTC codes - it will show on which pins is each module on the right side..

If it still cannot be accessed - you are doing something wrong with DPS then.

Here is the Scan but i can´t look on it with DPS. In DPS i test 6-14... with Adress D2 but always a Error. All other Ecus are fine and give an answer. What is the last on my Screen "Erweiterungs-CAN-Bus 3" that is the different to the other Ecu´s

make a get controller information, look for matrixes on logs for both Sw and Hs can, and check if D2 is present there

Hello that i test the first time. I find al LS-CAN and all HS-CAN Modules.

Radar i think it is MS-CAN and i see no MS-CAN Module.

SPS found it:

ECU 0xD2 on MS-CAN (ReqCANId: 0x242, RspCANId: 0x642) -> Radar

ECU 0x6C on MS-CAN (ReqCANId: 0x24B, RspCANId: 0x64B)

ECU 0xBC on MS-CAN (ReqCANId: 0x255, RspCANId: 0x655)

Ich denke deswegen geht es nicht DPS meldet dies:

Must be ok. Sps works fine

Yeah, resistor matters only on bench. Inside the car - everything is done at the factory..

Have you tried with these settings?

Which Version you have? I don't have this subtype

Wiring must be ok. When i look with Sps the he found the Radar Modul on D2
