I have an ECC in my astra j 2011 which cannot be programmed via sps. Under dps read out I see that no part number and no vin is programmed. Have you ever seen something like this? I have a complete eeprom dump.

That appears to be a damaged EPROM or corrupted firmware. You could try dumping the EPROM chip bin file from a working ECC, then program that ECC EPROM chip.

I looked up the hardware number 13581132 for all possible software parts in offline TIS database for you.

The files TIS gave me are in the zip file, including utility file.

You can give it a try and build your DPS file with

0 Utility file

1 OS

2 Calibration 1

3 Calibration 2

For the Calibration 1 + 2 there are several files, it's up to you for try and error. The files are matching to the os, so nothing can be damaged.
