The new used climate part number 23218535

Which my car has not seat heating the new climate has seat heating

When i connect the plug of new one to radio display the radio display goes black and when i remove the plug the radio display working well

Is the issue with climate control panel that is not compatible with the car

First of all, start with comparing the wiring diagram for HVAC controls and look if there are any significant differences in pinout.
There shouldn't be any, to be honest, because seat heat/vent controls are usually handled either by LIN bus network, or via separate outputs - which in your case wouldn't been wired in your factory connector.

Blank screen, possibly, is because of LIN bus - you have added an extra element to the network (seat controls), and it interferes with communications between headunit and display.

This A20 Radio/HVAC Controls needs to be programmed with correct calibration files specific for your VIN.
If you are in luck - it can be handled via SPS (TLC). But you may have a hardware mismatch, and SPS won't proceed with programming this used module. In this case you would have to ask someone here to provide you original cal.files for your VIN for this A20 module and load them through DPS.
