2005 Malibu 3.5 - P05 ECM Vats delete

Customer swapped a 2005 3.5 engine and transmission into a 2006 Malibu that had the 2.2L. Of course it won't start as none of the modules match. Is it possible to delete the vats on this P05 ecm?

And I'm assuming the BCM needs the vats deleted.

Using P05 PCM VIN, Reprogram BCM, RADIO ,
New Theft Detterent Module and Key(Program with VIN of 2005 P05)
Change IPC and SDM VIN,
Use TIS 2000 and Tech2 for Programming
