i have 2020 gmc sierra bad Harman INFO3.6

I changed Harman INFO3.6 used

after Unlock Vin change and progaram in sps2

now radio work ok only prbalem no sound

any idea

Happened to me once, when vehicle did not had an amplifier, but I flashed radio module (A11) with files which had amp as an option.
All audio was routed to non-existent amplifier - so there was no sound.

Please double check that K74 HMI, A11 Radio and T3 Audio Amplifier have correct/latest calibrations from SPS2.

in sps2 i ubdaet OS calibration file for A11 Radio

and I didn't see any Control for the K74 HMI,

i have 2020 gmc sierra 1500 regular cab

Yes, almost the same thing calibration file numbers to me and I updated

I believe you did wrong calibrations, if you want to solve ur issue contact me when possible, My special prayer will bring sound back.
