does the server working now or not

I have account and i tried to pay for now three days which says payment declined, i use vpn as well and tried again which same issue  

Acdelco server knows you are using VPN and it knows your payment card is not from USA so payment declined.

What i have to do i use uk visa and canadian visa also the two declined ,

How can i get this solved or any one can programme it on team view, 

how do i get access in new zealand?

Payment portal has been restored, works fine already. 

yesterday works , today not work again 😄

However can I use ETA (Europe) region subscription to get calibration data for my US Chevrolet Volt II ? I did broke my radio with leak 12V battery :/

post vehicle vin that need radio calibration,, lot of guys here can gave the calibration for you.
