To be completely honest, I am an amateur and I don't even really know how to use these files properly yet. I managed to flash an incorrect file into my Tahoe, and now the vehicle has a strict no-crank, no-start condition, and most of the time the instrument cluster doesn't even come on.

One major clue: the instrument cluster suddenly comes back to life when I disconnect the SQDM (theft deterrent gateway) wires, but otherwise stays completely dead/inactive due to the network/communication conflict.

Could anyone please help provide step-by-step instructions on how to correctly flash and recover these modules using DPS? Any SQDM files or guidance to help dig out of this mess would go a long way.

You have already received help with obtaining calibrations—which is a great start—but now you need to do some learning on your own; if you hit a complete dead end, you can ask a question, and you might get some help. If you go around asking for help everywhere without actually learning the process itself, you will simply get banned from the site.

If you don't know how this works, don't try it on a running car—at least not until you've learned how it operates.

You could brick the units or end up with a no-start condition...

I always like to search for VINs on Google to see what turns up :)
