For K17 SPS says the 01 is 84256814 but i dont find this in your files, then i dont know if the package for K17 is correct:

It doesn't have a specific name. A friend developed it.

 

Anyway, you have to decompress the SPS cache files with 7zip. and if you open them with a hexadecimal viewer, you get the position of the file at offset 03. For calibrations, you can know the position and generate the package with DPS. Utility is always 00
