Has someone the following calibrations and is willing to share?

or complete IPC package for VIN: W0LPF8EN8E8015224 including Utilityfile.

yes for IPC as well.

For now I put in 2012 complete software set from TIS 32 offline. I can't believe it's working. Due to EEPROM mismatch some menus are not correct.

I am pretty sure, when I would do a setup procedure via TIS 32 it will show correct menus, but I want to avoid changing anything in EEPROM.

You can make my day, if you can get hand on the correct configuration files for me.

 

At least I will spend virtually a beer for you and a jack for me...

 

I can't find correct Idicator calibration. As well Warning calibration is not latest. If you have Idicator calibration part number as what I found in tis2web is different number and I cannot get without car. My bench is build for newer IPC and cannot emulate UDD. If these files is okay for you I will upload them.

For now the car is wired to the charger. I will prepare everything today and give it a try tomorrow morning.

With the knowledge that 2012 software is working on 2014 IPC, I will try to upgrade 2012 IPC to 2014 software.

By now I am mad enough to check it. Way back is always possible, so what's to loose?

first of all, thanks a lot to Lyubomir for the files.

The IPC is now healthy again and is doing it's work properly. TPMS is removed from IPC, I don't bother for BCM.

In Germany you won't pass MOT, when TPMS MIL in dash is on.

 

On my second 2012 Astra I was able to upgrade the IPC software to 2014 level. I had to adjust the calibration files a little bit, but got it done. Be careful with the checksum. Now the 2012 IPC shows the three tab DIC like the 2014 one and I can switch between ECO and Performance Menu.

 

Old hardware can do the job, but must match the 2MB thing (some of the 2012 IPC are still 1MB types). You can divide them by the mileage counter - If there is m or km after the numbers then it's 2MB type otherwise 1MB type.

Did u have idea in which calibrations is tabs. Have friend with petrol Astra J which him want tabs activated. I never been on these. 

The three tabs isn't in calibrations. It is done by setup. Enable RPO UVT and the tabs will appear after setup prodecure.

If you have xml file, I can modify it that you don't have to add extra RPO UVT.

It is done in the 0xA5 section for tabs, ECO menu is enabled in 0xA1 1st byte set to 0x60 + 0xA3 6th byte +0xA0 + 7th byte +0x80 + 8th byte +0x01, Performance menu is enabled in 0xA3 5th byte +0x0F. Be aware, that either ECO or Performance menu is possible. For toggling you have to change programming.

If you want to alter the xml file yourself, here are the lines to modify:

If these lines would not match your xml file for the IPC, please post it, I will modify it for you.

 

Which model year is the Astra? Tabs are possible from MY2012 on with 2MB IPC type.

Well is MY11, but easy can hook up newer cluster

I think you have to upgrade cluster first, then find correct calibrations, when you post VIN maybe I can help you find the correct calibrations.
I can lookup RPO codes from VIN in database up to MY 2014 and try to translate into matching VIN from MY of replacement cluster.

Calibration numbers are then given by Tis2Web service.

I have full dealer access to tis2web and epc. We probably going to route to install him 8” digital from Insignia A 😂😂😂

Not at all a fact
dashboards with software 13409392
will have letters in the mileage line
but the processor will be 25
new calibrations will not fit

Any help will be great at this time. I need to remove  T95 afl rpo code from xml file and reinstall it. But no hope this time.
