What is this file? It does not contain any text information, it looks to be corrupt?

I wanted to open and compare it with 13469918.xml that I have, but it's impossible.

 

Also, the size is too small?

 

EDIT: Ok, I have added .ZIP extension and extracted it - inside is the correct XML file.

@pupu14 that how come from SPS, I have no time to look or check. What is come that I upload.
