I have changed my corvette 2017 screen with 2014 screen, the screen does not go on, after that i tried use Camaro modules to change radio control module and Human machine module with new screen then goes on,

then i put back my genuine radio control module and my human machine control module then the screen goes off 

Any way i have programmer the radio control module and Human machine control module on techline but after i check the data inside the human machine module i find the vin number did not changed to my car vin number

@MoroooTechline will not change VIN inside your "new" HMI. For that is required DPS or another software to do. Or to request VCI from Techline ( they not like to give this VCI)

VCI has to be request from SPS, there is no link

You need to have a GM tech at a GM dealership to get a VCI, the tech would have to call GM techline for a VCI. GM does not give out VCI's by just asking, there has to be a known issue and a request by GM engineering for techline to give a VCI. The VCI is a calibration for the computer that is going to be updated with new software. Techline would release the software for only that VIN that is having the issue and not all cars, this is was a VCI is for.

@LLCasaol VCI request is available for anyone with access to system. Approval and creation is different matter. I have request many VCI over years and some been approved, some refused - and I’m not a dealer or garage. And VCI - depend of type and functionality can work on other cars without issue.
