Hello guys,

I am doing a 16 Silverado EBCM, I am needing a calibration file for.

I think there is a server error on GM, I have tried calling techline with no success.

I can read the module with DPS and GDS2, it communicates, shows PN info with blank VIN. Tried a 2nd new module same issue, tried it on the bench, same issue.

I get a E4399 unable to obtain controller info error. I have tried using another PC, a genuine MDI2, mongoose, and clone MDI1 all have same fault.

I have troubleshot the truck checked the highspeed can bus, and serial wakeup has 12v ignition. Grounds are good. Can resistance is correct.

I feel like its on their server. I want to test it by flashing a cal with DPS, but cannot get to the download part as it errors out.

Would someone be willing to help? Can provide the VIN and pay for time.
