Thanks, i found that but i use VVDI prog which the file should be in bin format, 

If u use vvdi should be complete file, not separate calibrations.

That is tricky part as require someone to have same bcm part number and to be programmed to this VIN, then to read eeprom and flash like read ECU for remap 

I bought a new one with same part number, or i should buy other used one with same part number

Then you need to edit vin and pin and be sure car have same extras as your. Will be cheaper to buy mdi or mongoose to reprogram your

Sorry, but I cannot help. First need to buy same module, then need to buy equipment to read flash. I never do this as I directly program them with SPS. For you will be cheap to buy MDI clone and do it by SPS or DPS.

Use the control panel to delete TLC and all general motors applications that are connected to TLC, then re-install TLC. That should fix that issue.
