2015 GMC Yukon Denali Cluster Swap Isues

I was able to use DPS and change the VIN to get the mileage to show. My adaptive cruise does not display on the denali cluster though. I tried making a new XML file and made sure to check all the RPO codes I have and programmed the cluster and nothing changed. Do I need to use a fully loaded denali VIN when trying to make a new XML file? I am also getting a B3926 code in BCM and another code in IPC I didnt write down about incorrect identifier.  Please help, I am lost.

When swapping an IPC you will receive an IPC DTC error from GDS2, which states, "Incorrect Immobiliser Identifier Received"
To eliminate this DTC error, you will need to use GM's online SPS immobiliser learn to delete your car's keys and relearn your car's keys. The new IPC doesn't have the correct security blob code for the Immobiliser.

Thanks, just making sure it wasnt the cause for my adaptive cruise not to show up on cluster...Can I post my XML files on here for someone to look at or is there a reason not to post them?

  • GM Car Hacking Expert

Yes you can post them. I don't have any experience with Denali IPC. Hopefully, someone on here who knows can help.

I was wrong the denali cluster came from did NOT have adaptive cruise.....I now have a VIN from denali with adaptive cruise and used it to make xml files and it still doesnt work.....I tried to flash IPC with denali calibration with SPS and it wont flash it either. Do I need to change the VIN in the cluster to the denali VIN for SPS to work?

I currently have my correct yukon vin in the cluster and it linked mileage from BCM. I tried flashing cluster with SPS with yukon SPS and it would not program. I then tried flashing cluster with denali calibration with  SPS and it would not program either with SPS. Are you saying put the denali vin back in cluster and they flash it with SPS?
