    you need a J2534 scan tool too, otherwise SPS is useless for you.

    2014? I assume this is the facelift?
    If you want to update these modules to have CarPlay/AndroidAuto - it won't be possible with stock HMI2.5, as only 2016MY+ hardware support that. I hope you are aware of that. If you unit have "Projection" icon on the main screen - then this is possible.

    first you need to relearn vin on hmi. will need to replace usb socket and then flash your radio and update hmi.If need help drop me PM.

    All sorted. TPMS deactivated and hmi correctly learned.
