It is possible to "extract" calibration files. But it is not that easy - you would need to disassemble the unit and dump flash memory.

Look for Troy's posts about hacking HMI unit.

 

But for you, the easiest path is to post a VIN or screenshot from SPS info for us to know which files you need for your unit. Someone may build a DPS archive for you to flash your new unit.
