I don’t have any knowledge about hmi3. 
However it won’t me easy to activate rvc through Linux as you will need to know which code to edit and how to do it.

Bonus file: This package also includes a DPS archive with the rear camera turned off.

Hi, yes. You can use this file with GM DPS to change the VIN and remove the Theft Lock from the Radio and HMI 2.5.

 

I have another question to finish, since if I am an unlimited donor $150, I can make several daily downloads and etc… is this vin change file already included?

No, the VIN change file is a separate price/cost of $100.
