Hi yes it works on INFO3, INFO3.4, INFO3.5, INFO3.6, INFO3.7, INFO3.8 Global-A only. It does not work on GM Global-B VIP radio

It's a zip file, a DPS archive. Use the file with DPS to change the VIN in the radio module.

I'm unsure. I don't know if that My20 radio will have the correct configuration settings that's compatible with the vehicle that had the My19 radio.

Yes, you can revert back to the previous radio with no issue.

Hi, when the file is executed, it instructs the radio to learn the VIN from the BCM. The BCM must be connected to the radio when the file executes.
