Yes possible, but no one knows how to do it yet with DPS 

what new in that version compare at the 4.46 DPS version ? thank you

I don’t know as I’ve never tried that before. 

hi troy. i tried on few cars remove the ecm. it asked for security code. then i did it with sps and it passed. i don't know how your file works. it asks for security code secret.

Yes, if you use it with DPS you must input the vehicle's 4-digit PIN.

so where do i get it from?

In Europe, the PIN code is written on the Car Pass card given to the buyer when they purchase the vehicle from GM.

I don't know about other regions.

Can this be used to virginze a used ecu to program it using SPS to an other car?
If yes, can it be used without the donor car?
