I am working on a full retrofit project for my Onix Joy and am looking for technical support regarding the calibration files (.bin/.vbf) to avoid manual HxD editing and minimize bricking risks.

1. BCM (K9) – Objectives and Data

• VIN: 9BGKL48U0KB211648

• Part Number: 52119531

• Features to enable:

  • Trunk release (Remote + Physical actuator).

  • Dimmer control (Rheostat via CAN).

  • Light miles

• Need: I am looking for the original GM calibration files for these functions. I am aware these are not just isolated bits and bytes, and flashing via GM DPS would be the safest route.

2. IPC (Instrument Cluster) Swap

• Upgrade: Joy → Activ.

• Donor Cluster: VIN 9BGKC48V0KG244533.

• Need: I need the configuration/sync data to ensure the mileage telltale and other Activ features communicate correctly with the BCM after calibration.

I am already familiar with the tools (J2534/DPS), but I prefer to follow the official GM programming workflow. If anyone has access to these files or can point me toward the correct repository, I would greatly appreciate it.

I will document the entire process and share the results with the community once the setup is fully functional.
