yes in TLC
reflash in TLC changed OS calibration For the new VIN number

HPT disable vats

but not starting

in global A 2019 2020 2021 after HPT disable vats Vehicle starting

First check seed key, if all 00 00 00.. or FF FF FF.. - ECM soft bricked or modded

I can calculate the seed , but how to get the pin change file ?

Hi, can you share more on "I can calculate the seed " , if it is Global B

i can change/reset pin on GLOBAL B.

but i'm stuck now in trying change vin or reset vin, because once i changed pin, TLC able to programe BUT

when arrives to equal vin, it decline and i cannot change it.

i'm trying to figure out which flag of security is this, because after flash, after seed, after erase faults, i'm not able to change vin.

btw, when i try to erase faults JUST from ECU GM E64, i got 7F.

if someone trying or have some advice, we are open to deal or change ideas
