All the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel for media and volume stop working. Also, the mobile phone talk and mute buttons on the left side stop working. None of the ambient button lights works on the steering. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Can they let me know why I have this issue? All the cruise control buttons still work. Before I had this issue, all I did was remove and check the fuses in the glove box and the engine bay.

Hello, they are fused so would be in the fusebox behind the glovebox at fuse 25. :)

Right, so before I had this issue, I was fiddling in the fuse box, and one of the fuses hadn’t been replaced. I found it in the glovebox. I noticed others online had the same problem, and no one posted a solution, so I posted the solution here. If you’re experiencing the same issue, check your glovebox’s fuse box. Mine was fuse 25, which was missing, which is the fuse for the right side steering control. Thanks again @Opelinsignia1985 for that schematic, which sparked the idea to check the fuse.
