2023 chevrolet tahoe odometer reprogramming global B

Featured Replies

Hello greetings. I have 2021 GMC Yukon and also 2023 Tahoe both were flood damaged and had to have parts changed over from a donor vehicle

Only problem is now the odometer is wrong and needs to be fixed to match the vehicle.

Is there anyone here that has the know how to do it ? I have J2534 and Genuine GM MDI2

Thank you in advance.

Hi, as far as I know swapping module on a Global B can't be done, VIN mismatch dtc will set and the odometer value display at the IPC will be ____ (dash line) if a BCM and or IPC swap

the 2021 is maybe a pre Global B and is not a problem to have the odometer change , value store in the bcm , the hours are store in the IPC

can you have the engine running on the Global B ? confirm what dtc's are stored on all modules
